Isca Recruitment was born in 2015 and established by experienced recruiter, Lisa Thomas.
Since then, the company has grown from strength to strength, with Katie and Jo coming on board as Co-Directors in 2017. Nowadays the business is headed up by Katie & Jo (although Lisa regularly pops in for a coffee and natter).
Together, they work hard to provide a great recruitment experience for both candidates and clients, free from the constraints of KPIs and targets. Each bring over 25 years’ experience in the industry, and appreciate the value of offering a personal, transparent service.
They also offer a wealth of local knowledge, which goes a long way to fulfilling their mission of finding the ‘perfect match’ for candidates and clients.
